Paneer Masala Fry Recipe:This paneer masala fry is packed with a punch of masalas that gives you an explosion of taste in every bite.

Cut the paneer in small cubes.

Now in a bowl add red chilli powder, pepper, garam masalas, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix.

Now add thick curd and combine it with the masalas. Finally add some lemon drops.

Throw in the paneer cubes and make sure that all the pieces are coated well. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

In a pan, heat some oil, add curry leaves, dry red chilli and let it splutter.
